The Mooch would surely be referring to the ETF approval in this tweet from mid-afternoon US time.
That ‘background’ post linked above cites sources "extremely close to the matter". Don’t get much closer than the Mooch. That post also suggests a ‘sell the fact’ response from the crypto market. be careful of this if you are plunging in.
